TRAIN LOADOUTS

We provide systems that facilitate the unloading of train wagons quickly and efficiently.

The system is automated for the purpose of unloading over loaded trains . The custom designed systems automatically remove excess material directly from the wagon's discharging to pits, sumps, that are close to the rail system to be transferred back to the stock piles .

The system can extract the excess coal transferring it to a hopper and conveyor system back to the stock pile. The system is customisable due to requirements for each site.

It’s purpose is to unload overloaded wagons quickly, so that the trains can continue being loaded and avoid sending so many empty wagons.

The benefit is cost saving, reduced carbon footprint, less mess and resources.
